RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rental rates are for one 24-hour period or 1 day’s use. Additional usage
and days will be billed at ½ the regular daily rate. Under most
circumstances, equipment rented for a Saturday or Sunday function can be
picked up on Friday and will be due in on the following Monday for the one
day rental charge. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance of order date or deposit
will not be refunded. Credit will be given if the event is rescheduled.

Silver, Utensils, etc. must be returned clean and repacked in boxes. With
exception of linen, we are not allowed to accept soiled items. However,
linens should be food free and dry when returned to us. We charge a
replacement fee for missing, damaged or broken items.
is your responsibility. Equipment must be protected from disappearance and
weather related damage while in your possession. A security deposit of 25%
of the rental (minimum of $25.00) is required before pick-up or delivery of
rental equipment. This amount will be returned to you after equipment is
returned and counted.
and pick-up service is available at a reasonable fee. Delivery is to the
ground floor level backyard or tent within a reasonable distance of the
loading area. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all
items in a mutually convenient place. At time of pick-up, all equipment
should be re-packed in the containers provided and tables and chairs should
be stacked on pallets or dollies as received and in the same area as
delivered. Setup and teardown services are available.
